I have ordered some tools. Now what ?

We will send you an order fulfillment notification once your order has been processed.

What’s your return policy?

Tools district is 100% committed to providing our customers the best experience possible. We believe that Tools district offer quality product.  However, if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we will offer you a 100% refund for 30 days.If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds ( if applicable ) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection or your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Exchanges ( if applicable )

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@toolsdistrict.com

How long does shipping take?

It takes our team 1-3 days to process orders. Once your order is shipped, you can expect a 5-8 day shipping time for North America.

Does the product from Tools district come with a warranty?

We offer a 30 days return policy. After that time Tools district will apply the tools manufacturer warranty.
